Within the framework of the International Economic Forum, the first Vice-prime Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv and the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniutka participated in the official opening of the first stage of the solar station, which took place on October 26, as reported by a press service of LRSA. "In these times we have to depend on ourselves only. We all shall have a decent life if each and every one of us makes best efforts to lead our country to prosperity. United we shall succeed! "- said Oleh Syniutka, head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, during the ceremony.

Component equipment of the solar station is of Ukrainian and foreign origin. The station’s full capacity is expected to be 20 MW. An approximate amount of the generated electricity per year - circa 6.5 million kWh.

“This solar station is our Company’s first project. Generally speaking, renewable sources of energy have a rather promising future, taking into account the stimulating policy of the Ukrainian government, as well as the establishment of the “green” tariff. We expect that the station will fully pay off within the next 4-5 years. However, according to the law, the “green tariff” will remain in force until 2030. Thus, we plan to continue developing and expanding our projects” – stated Sviatoslav Sachko, director of the solar station. The size of investments involved constitutes 149 million UAH, the term of the project implementation is 1.5 years.

Enerhopostach-Plius LLC is a company that implements renewable energy projects. In 2016 the company began construction of the first stage of a solar power station in the village of Ternovytsia, Yavoriv district, Lviv region. The area of the land plot for the development of the station encompasses 12 hectares.
